Q. Your “Power of 1” plan lays out how to be successful in this business by referring just 1 person per month.  What if I make more than 1 sale per month?
A. That's great!  The goal is to make as many sales as possible.  Everyone’s goals are different.  For you, referring one person per week or one person per day may be best.  You should shoot for your best and strive to achieve all you can.  The faster you are able to refer people, the faster your path to success.

Q. In regards to my downline, am I building wide or deep or both?
A. Both. You will earn both one-time and residual commissions for any sale that is made within your four-tier downline. Each tier is unlimited width, meaning you can have an unlimited amount of "legs" in each tier.

Q. Why do I have to pass up my second and fourth person to my sponsor?
A. This is done for 2 reasons. First, this gives your sponsor another reason to see you succeed. Your sponsor will want to make sure that you are making enough sales that they will see a "pass up" sale come to them on your second and fourth sale. The other reason is that when your downline members begin passing up their second and fourth sale, you will begin to see exponential growth to your 1st tier.  Ultimately the power presented to you in having all your direct referrals passing up 2 referrals to you, will far exceed the inconvenience of having to refer 2 sales to your sponsor.  Whereas you will pass up 2 sales to your sponsor, as your team grows you could see dozens or even hundreds of pass ups come to you.  In fact, this aspect you will quickly realize is one of the most powerful and productive aspects to our compensation plan!  This will be your “secret weapon” to exponential income growth.

Q. What do I get in my sign up package?

For $249.97 you receive a state-of-the-art wireless home security system.  From there for just $29.97 per month you will receive ongoing monitoring of that system of burglary, fire and medical emergencies.  Additionally you will receive two Identity Theft Protection accounts.  We have packed serious value into our package that rivals anything comparative you can find.  On top of all this product and service based value we also include full access to our business opportunity system.  With this you will be able to use Skyguard360 to earn an income.

International Customers:
For $249.97 you receive a state-of-the-art wireless home security system.  From there for just $29.97 per month you will receive full access to our business opportunity system.  With this you will be able to use Skyguard360 to earn an income.

Q. Do I have to order something every month?
A. Your monthly fees to cover home monitoring and identity theft accounts and business opportunity access are your only required fees. No separate purchases are required.

Q. What happens if I cancel my account?
A. Before you would consider cancelling we encourage you to contact us via our support desk.  One of our friendly and helpful staff would love to talk to you about your questions or concerns and offer their assistance.  If you do decide to cancel your account you will continue to receive monitoring and ID theft protection for the remainder of that month’s term.  Regarding commissions, once your account is cancelled you will lose access to the business opportunity system and will no longer earn commissions.  You must maintain an active and paid account to earn commissions.

Q. Do I have to renew my membership every year?
A. No. Your membership is month to month with no yearly renewal. We have no hidden fees whatsoever.

Q. Why do I stop receiving bonuses after my 4th level?
A. While some companies offer compensation on many levels, this is not beneficial to you as it spreads the available compensation too thinly.  By paying out on 4 levels we maximize the ability to earn deep in your organization with the ability to be profitable with the part of your team closest to you.  This is what is important.  The people within 4 levels of you are the ones you can work with and help succeed and the ones you want to earn your money from.

Q. Is there any limit as to how many direct sales (legs) I can make?
A. In some network marketing compensation plans each tier 1 referral is known as a leg and there is a limit to how many legs you can start.  With SkyGuard360 you can start an unlimited amount of legs.  We believe there should be no limit to how vast you can build your direct distributor base.  This provides you with as much income as possible from your personal efforts.

Q. How do I actually make money with SkyGuard360?
A. There are two ways you can earn money with SkyGuard360. You'll earn a direct sale bonus on any new member you sponsor, and you'll earn a direct sale bonus on your downline's new membership sales. You will also earn a monthly residual bonus on any member of your downline's monthly membership fee, regardless of which tier they reside on.  You earn commission 4 levels deep.  What this means is you earn money from sales of those you refer, people they refer, people that those people refer and people that those people refer.  So if you refer Bob, Bob refer Susan, Susan refers Jim and Jim refers Jen you will personally earn commissions from all the sales of all these people.  This includes all sales each of them will make.

Q. Will everyone be able to benefit from your online advertising?
A. Only those who invest in the advertising co-op will benefit from the online advertising we do corporately.  SkyGuard360 is not a business design for those who do not want to take action to change their financial future.  If you are serious about making extra income then we offer the opportunity to buy a share in one of our many corporate advertising co-ops.  Each co-op will deliver advertising we buy in bulk from sources such as banners ads, email marketing, postcards, TV, radio, magazines, newspapers, search engines and more.  We do the work for you to generate leads for your business so you can just focus on working those leads and making sales!

Q. Can I make up my own landing pages, lead capture pages, website or other advertising materials?
A. Yes. HOWEVER if you create your own lead capture page please provide a link to this page to us via our support desk for approval.  Due to strict FTC regulations regarding how you can advertise a home based business we must review all self-produced advertising materials including lead capture pages.  Once your page is approved by us you may market this page in any legal fashion. To pass approval your own marketing materials must be accurate and correct pertaining to the SkyGuard360 opportunity. Additionally you must be accurate in any claims of income or testimonials used to promote SkyGuard360.  Unless these claims or testimonials are achieved by the average person who works with you and this can be proven with documentation, this will not pass FTC advertising regulations.  Any deceptive or fraudulent marketing practices will not be tolerated. Again all advertising materials used must be first approved by SkyGuard360!

Q. How do I find people to talk to about SkyGuard360?
A. A great way to start is by talking to those you know.  Make a list of people in your sphere of influence and begin finding ways to talk to them about SkyGuard360.  This method of advertising is free and extremely effective.  We provide training via our members area on how to handle this type of recruiting best.  Becoming a part of the advertising co-op is also an ideal way to find people. Each co-op will deliver advertising we buy in bulk from sources such as banners ads, email marketing, postcards, TV, radio, magazines, newspapers, search engines and more.  We do the work for you to generate leads for your business so you can just focus on working those leads and making sales!  Finally you can also do your own advertising or purchase lead lists. We also provide help and training for this from within our members area.

Q. Do I place people in my downline or does the SkyGuard360 program do it for me?
A. SkyGuard360 will place anyone you sponsor on your first tier.  In network marketing it is a common practice to be able to place new referrals of yours below others in your downline to give them a head start.  While SkyGuard360 may offer this capability in the future, we do not currently offer it.  We believe the best way to help someone get started is to train them to talk with family and friends and encourage them to get a share of our advertising co-op.

Q. Are all affiliates that I refer placed on my first level?
A. Except for your second and fourth sale who get passed up to your sponsor, all other members you sponsor get placed on your first tier.

Q. What kind of marketing training will be available?
A. The SkyGuard360 members area is already packed with training.  However we will continue to grows this only a regular basis.  We will cover training on everything needed to effectively manage, promote and build your business.  SkyGuard360 also holds regular conference calls covering a variety of training topics. A schedule of these calls is available in your SkyGuard360 members' area.

Q. Will I have to pay for marketing training?
A. No, sales and marketing training are a part of the SkyGuard360 opportunity.  We pull our training materials from the top minds in the industry.  While normally this type of information has a high price tag, SkyGuard360 will provide it all included with your membership to the opportunity.

Q. How do I get access to the lead generation pages?
A. The lead generation pages are found by clicking on the “My Marketing Stats” link found on the navigational menu.  From there you must click on the “Marketing Campaigns” link.  You may then click “Add a new campaign” in order create a campaign and select one of our lead capture pages to use for that campaign.  We operate it this way so you can both track campaigns and vary the lead capture page you use for a particular campaign. 

Q. Can I write my own autoresponder messages?
A. Yes, but only for your own third party platform.  The autoresponder follow-ups that go out from the SkyGuard360 system are not editable.  If you choose to use your own third party autoresponder for follow-up all material must be accurate and correct about the SkyGuard360 products and program, or your account will face penalties or permanent closure. In addition you must submit all materials to SkyGuard360 for approval prior to use.  Due to strict FTC advertising regulations all materials must be reviewed for factual presentation.

Q. If I write my own autoresponder messages, how do I download them into the system?
A. Your own autoresponder messages must be run through a separate autoresponder system other than the one SkyGuard360 provides with the business. Separate autoresponders such as Aweber and GetResponse work fine with your own messages.

Q. How much will I spend per month if I have my wireless system monitored and also take advantage of the marketing system?
A. The total monthly fee is $29.97 per month which covers all SkyGuard360 services. 

Q. How does the advertising co-op work?
A. SkyGuard360 has bulk advertising purchasing power. We then turn the savings over to the SkyGuard360 members who wish to take advantage of this and build their SkyGuard360 business. Our co-op works by having a certain amount of advertising split up into shares. Each share costs $100. Each co-op will deliver advertising we buy in bulk from sources such as banners ads, email marketing, postcards, TV, radio, magazines, newspapers, search engines and more.  We do the work for you to generate leads for your business so you can just focus on working those leads and making sales!  Members can see more details about the current running co-op by logging into their member’s area and clicking on the "Co-op Advertising" link.

Q. Is there a flat fee I pay to become part of the co-op?
A. Yes, each share costs $100. You can purchase as many shares as you would like.

Q. How often can I purchase blocks of advertising?
A. The total number of shares is limited, however; you are not limited to buying a certain number of shares. You can purchase the entire co-op if you desired.

Q. How do I change my account information?
A. You can change your account information by logging on to your SkyGuard360 website, clicking on Edit My Profile, and entering the correct information.

Q. How do I change the credit card you have on record for me?
A. You can change your account information by logging on to your SkyGuard360 website, clicking on Edit Credit Card, and entering the correct information.

Q. Where do I find my affiliate link?
A. You can find your affiliate link on the home page of your SkyGuard360 members area.

Q. Is there a charge for the lead management contact system?
A. No, the lead management contact system is included in your back office as part of the SkyGuard360 business system.

Q. How will I know who my sponsor is? Will I be able to contact my sponsor?
A. You will be able to determine who your sponsor is by logging on to your SkyGuard360 website and clicking on “Contact My Sponsor”. Your sponsor's information is also listed on the main page of your member’s area.

Q. What if I don't sponsor a new member during a given month?
A. Then you will simply not earn any direct sale commissions unless someone in your first tier happens to give you a "pass up" sale. You can still earn on all the residual monthly commissions from every active member of your downline during that month. There are no monthly sales volume requirements for remaining an active part of the SkyGuard360 pay plan.

Q. When I become a member, how long will it take for me to receive my security system?
A. During the initial launch process, delivery times will be longer due to volume and ramp up requirements. You can expect your system to arrive in 3 - 4 weeks. Within 90 days after official launch, members' security products should arrive in approximately 1 - 2 weeks.

Q. How could I possibly be earning $15,000 a month within 12 months?
A. Our “Power of 1” pay plan offers a very simple solution to earning $15,000 per month within 12 months.  This is achieved if you and everyone that enters your downline sponsors their one person a month and everyone maintains their monthly membership.  In this situation you will be earning $15,000 a month after just 1 year in the business.  While the average person may not achieve this scenario, this gives you a realistic picture into how simple earning several thousand per month can be.

Q. Can I will my SkyGuard360 business to my children?
A. Yes. The contact information and social security number will be needed in order to change who the commission payments are made to. This can be done by contacting our customer service department.

Q. Can I sponsor people outside the United States and Canada?
A. Yes, you can sponsor members in any country. They will be able to receive the home security product, however they will not have the ability to have the system monitored by our central monitoring center, or be covered by our ID Theft Protection product.  However International members must still pay a monthly fee for access to the business building system.  SkyGuard360 will be constantly working towards bringing home monitoring and ID theft protection to other countries around the world.

Q. How are commissions paid?
A. We deliver commission payments through PayPal. You must enter your PayPal email address in your profile page located in the members area.  If you are unable to be paid via PayPal please contact us via our support ticket system.  We can arrange alternative payment.  Options like payment via AlertPay are being explored for future implementation.

Q. Can compensation be auto deposited into my account?
A. Compensation is paid on a weekly basis to your PayPal account. Please see our Network Marketing Terms of Service for details on compensation payout schedule.

Q. How often will I receive my commissions?
A. Weekly. We believe in compensating our members for their hard work just as quickly as possible!

Q. How do I sign up new members?
A. You can send someone to your SkyGuard360.com lead capture page. From there they are taken through a tour process and finally to a sign-up page. They will fill out the appropriate information from there in order to finish the signup process.

Q. Will I be able to track my orders online?
A. Yes. Log onto your SkyGuard360 website and click on “Order and Subscription Status” under “My Profile”, and you will be able to track your orders there.

Q. What credit cards can I use to sign up online?
A. SkyGuard360 accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Q. What is SkyGuard360's sales tax policy?
A. There is no sales taxes added to any order except for orders originating in Pennsylvania. The tax additions are 6% for Pennsylvania addresses and 7% for Philadelphia addresses.

Q. How do I find out about conference calls and trainings?
A. The SkyGuard360 calendar of events is available in the SkyGuard360 members area.

Q. Can I purchase a SkyGuard360 home security product without becoming a member?
A. SkyGuard360 works to provide you with not just a home security system but reliable and professional 24.7 home monitoring and ID theft protection.  This is sold as one complete package and so it is unable to purchase only the home security system.

Q. I already have a security system.  Can I purchase only the monthly monitoring and ID theft protection?
A. No. Most security companies install lock out codes in their panels making it impossible to takeover monitoring on your existing system.  Given this and the fact that SkyGuard360’s wireless security system is superior, we require that you upgrade to our security system.  This system is an investment as it transport to any home as you move and for the money it covers more points of contact than most systems out there.  Additionally we provide wireless smoke detector protection to guard your home from fire emergencies.  Most likely you do not have the level of protection our system provides so moving to a SkyGuard360 system will be an upgrade that will provide you and your family with even more peace-of-mind.

Q. How do I view my downline?
A. Log into your SkyGuard360 members area and click on your "My Referral Stats" link. From there you can click on each tier to view the members in each tier of your downline.

Q. How do I pay taxes on my SkyGuard360 income?
A. You will need to consult your local CPA to calculate any taxes for your SkyGuard360 business.

Q. Can I sign someone up by calling SkyGuard360 on the phone?
A. No.  All sales must go through our website.  However if you are unsure how to direct someone through this process you may contact us via our support desk with questions.

Q. Can I fax in a signup form?
A. Sorry, not at this time.

Q. How do I order accessories for my security system?
A. We provide numerous package options to choose from before requesting shipment of your system.  You may get a number of accessories via ordering an upgraded package.  We do however plan to implement a shopping cart system in the near future to allow you to order accessories as you choose.
